SAE might have it. You might try writing to the Technical Editor of Road & Track magazine, Dennis Simanaitis. He's a member of SAE and loves old books stores.

Thanks for the reply. I did a search of SAE and was not successful. Actually, I searched the web rather extensivly with no luck. Probably haven't found the right combination of search terms.
