Our Company had to Roll-back from SP1.0 to SP0 on SW2006 because of a drawing package bug.
When you insert dimensions into the drawing view from the sketch the dimension extension lines will not drag but become fixed. Same with legacy dimensions created in previous versions.
You are unable to drag/drop dimesion extension lines. Regardless of how and where you placed them in your model sketch.
They are supposed to have this fixed in SP3.0 but this is a major bug and needs a hotfix point release!
No problem in SP0 with this so USERS BEWARE
