I am looking for an experienced Solidworks person to work in our Buffalo, NY facility. Ads in the local paper haven't brought in many resumes.

As others have stated, more info would be nice. Range of pay would be nice also. Depending on the latter, I may be interested. Eddie

Here is some information.

Engineering Technician: Duties include creating and update drawings, models, bills of material, work istructions and assisting in product design. Experience with metal fabricating, welding processes and hydraulics referred. Must be proficient in Solidworks, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. The successful candidate will have two yr. min. experience with Solidworks and a AAS degree or equivalent. EOE

Starting around $15/hr. (Could vary)

You can't be serious . . . $15 an hour to live in BUFFALO? Sorry, I couldn't resist. ;) Well, at least in your job description you're not expecting the world for a song. Hope you find your ideal candidate.
