hello
I've got flat sketch with pattern (shape for single hollow) of tyre's tread (i would like exactly that pattern to be left on the ground after vehicle run over).
when i try to project this pattern on cylinder's face,it is deformed because of curvature. I wonder how not to impigne, but "wrap around" cylinder with the pattern.
is there any tool for that ?

thank you very much :) i dont know if i would find it without hint that there is such command :) It wasnt on my toolbar by default and didnt know it exist :)

Yeah, It's one of those great SWX functions that seems to have slipped in without too much hype - still, there it is now for all to use.
