Using Hole table

I have a problem using hole table. I did a big part where on one face I have two hundred of holes. Some of them are throw all and anothers not. On the other side of face I have anothers many holes. When I do the drawing, in each view, I created a hole table. Well every holes throw appears on both table. Somebody knows how I can do to select the holes to show only in one of hole table? Remember, are hundreds of holes, them is impossible to select one by one.

Unfortunately, you can either select them by face, or one at a time. I don't know if a macro can help or not.
