Where's the Toolbar Separator?

I can't seem to find the internal separator (the little vertical line that separates groups of icons) for toolbars in the customization dialog in SW

2004. The menu customization tab has one (in the "Others" group). Did SW forget to include one for the toolbars?

I like to keep my toolbars neat and concise.
