Does anyone know of a model of CPR 4-8-4 #2816, the subject of a great DVD re its restoration and test run.

Since it's a H-1b class your best bet is the Van Hobbies/PFM model built by Samhongsa.
A recent re-release of a model of this class in various pre painted versions is available but is vastly more expensive.
But, actually, it is not a 4-8-4 but a 4-6-4 Hudson configuration.
