Kit identity requested

In the 2005 Great Model Railroads published by Kalmbach on page 99 in the lower picture there is a kitbashed hotel right below the lighthouse. I vaguely remember this kit when it originally came out several (ahem, many) years ago. Would anyone here know the identity of the manufacturer and the kits name?

Thanks

Looking back in a 1991 Walthers catalog, the structure looks just like the illustration for the "Railroad Ave. Model Works Ltd." #613-10 "Hotel". The catalog illustration shows the same "L" shape, 5 small gables on the left wing, a turret at the corner, and 5 small gables plus a large gable at the end on the right wing, and a full length veranda on the first floor, so I don't believe the Muscoot Valley RR structure is a kitbash. It is interesting that the camera angle and elevation in the 14 year old catalog illustration is virtually identical to the angles in the GMR 2005 photo. The text describes it as "features Grandt Line gingerbread trim, windows, doors and highly detailed resin walls." Back then it had a list price of $224.95. Gary Q

That is it.... Thank you Geezer....

The GMR 2005 caption eludes to the fact (condition or otherwise?) that the back of the hotel may not be finished, and may be compressed....
