D I'm not sure the Road HAD any GE 44 tonners.
They did have some 44 ton Whitcombs that were simular (2nd. Diesel Spotters Guide, Kalmbach 1973, page 422),
Picture of a Milw 44tonner in any color you want so long as it's black and white. :-)
