10,800 sq.ft, growing to 16,100 sq.ft. versus 52,000 sq.ft. at Northlandz.
length of tracks (in HO): 7 km (planned 15 km)

The statistic on the length of track at Northlandz just seems wrong, by about a scale of ten.

locomotives (trains): 550 (planned more than 1000)

That certainly beats Northlandz.

cars: 7400 (planned 12000)

A little less than presently at Northlandz, with plans to grow to a little more than them.

total cost: 4000000 euro (planned 8000000)

$5 million dollars (planned $10 million). WOW!
