Some of it is very dry, but there are some very interesting things in it. I found it pretty educational.

Other than the total lack of gratuitous sex, it was pretty good.

Our local fire department is making up for the lack. This is the fire department that was the subject of the cartoon (Rex Babin, Sacramento Bee) that had all the defenders of sacred cows riled up.
