anyone reconise the mag? its lucas any ideas of models or where i can get parts from?

the best picture i can find as its buried in my shed at the moment i intend to get more photos just wondered if anyone had any ideas at all to which mag it is, i think its a Mk4 but not sure



it has the flange built into it, and the govenor weights,
