Sometime towards the end of the year, we'll probably grade the floor & treat it with chalk & sour milk to provide an "authentic" surface.

The site is about seven miles from Canterbury & I wondered if there was anyone who might like to exercise their rammer to compact the floor after grading & before the milk treatment. We are all volunteers & could not afford to pay for the job, but could run to reasonable fuel expenses - for both vehicle & rammer!
