Are Ian Kirk coach kits still available? If they are, who manufactures them now?

Ian Kirk still manufactures parts to make O-gauge (7mm scale) kits.
The 4mm scale range was sold some time ago to Colin Ashby, who has in turn since retired. I believe the LNER range was subsequently passed on to Cooper Craft.
