I think about buying Hitec 625 for a 1/4 scale model.
I would like to know if owners of these servos are happy with them, and if not, what problems they have.

I've had 645's in two different planes and not one complaint. I mite add that these are fast planes with carbon fiber pushrods.No problems here. I'd buy more.
I've used both for a couple of years now with no problems.
