Attachment of picture in Acad LT 2004

Are there someone who can help how I attach a picture ( a company logo ) to the drawing in LT 2004.

AFAIK, the company that made Slingshot no longer exists, but the software is probably still out there somewhere - and I think it supported LT2004.
