By providing them with the diameters and width, they should be able to provide either the seal, or the number that you can look for from other sources. Seals, like bearings, are primarily made in metric sizes. Inch sizes are the anomaly. The one you're looking for sounds like it fits a pump for an oil burner. They like to sell the pump instead of the seal.
