I just fired up my mill and learned that the X axis scale doesn't work. I swapped the X with the Y to check the display unit and Y works on either section.
So what can I do to trouble shoot the linear scale? Any idea of what a replacement scale costs and where to get one?
The good news is that the powerhead sounds good and my free rotophase still works. The rotophase has been sitting in a corner for 4 years waiting for something to power.
