Just for the record, nobody can "reverse" the charges on a cc transaction. You can "dispute" the charges. Generally this means submitting your dispute in writing and waiting for the merchant to tell his side and then for the bank making a decision. If you give the bank a persuasive argument they may refund your money immediately with the understanding that they can take it back if they decide against you.

The merchant can void the transaction for something up to 24 hours after the transaction. Otherwise they can do a refund. A void is a far better option for the merchant as they don't have to pay the bank anything. With a refund, the merchant has to pay both the original fee or "discount" rate, and another one for the refund.

Doesn't sound like fun at all, but $75/hr (after tax, no additional overhead) isn't too bad a return.
