Really? Kerry is activly campaigning for it. Bush said if it makes it to his desk, he would sign it. This is the same Bush who's administration declared the Second Am an "individual right" btw.
Same position? Interesting. What long term prognosis did the doctors give you about recovering from that unfortunate head injury?
