What happened to
Is it gone, did it move, or is there just an internet problem that I can't get to it, I just get the page not found error
Can anyone else get to it?

Server must be down. I can't bring it up either.
I can't, so I called Steve's number. It turns out that there is an outage somewhere between the system hosting it and his ISP, and they're waiting for the phone company to trace down and fix it.
Since we had a rather active thunderstorm last night, I suspect that it happened then, either a tree bringing down phone lines, or a serious zap on the lines themselves somewhere along the way between systems.
Be patient -- it will be back -- whenever.

Nope. The *real* reason was everyone trying to see fitch's old schematics for phase converter ballancing - all at once!
