Cross Feed for Tom Senior E

Hallo I do own one of those Tom Senior E Milling Machines. It has a powe cross feed, controlled by a fairly old electronic by a company calle LENZE. That system has failed and dispite the efforts of some peopl trained in this area it seems to be beyond repair.

Can onyone suggest a modern control system that could be used as replacement using the same motor?

Many thanks Johanne

The motor has this on the label

Chemo AG Ch-4132 Muttenz

GN M 551.10.3.2.5 Typ

100 WL

54028 Mnr

F 210 =V 0.17 A A 180 =V 0.90 A

1/min 4000

So it is a direct current motor (from Switzerland).

Hope this brings us a bit further. Thanks Johanne

I'd have thought pretty much any DC controller that powers rotor an

stator - Eurotherm make nice controllers
