M20 x1.0 Nut

Long shot, but does anyone have an M20 x1.0 nut that I could borrow? And then post back. It's a bastard size for a job I'm doing for a friend and I need to check the thread with a nut before posting off to darkest Wiltshire from Suffolk

Shouldn't reply to ones own posts I know, but found one! After much trawling of old catalogues...... I found a KM04 Bearing Retainer Nut that is indeed M20 x1.0 pitch! Available via the interweb too, so there's a bonus.

I did look. All I had in the garage was a M20 X 2.5 die. I acquired it recently with some others when I texted a mate who is into old brit cars to ask whether he had a 3/4" BSF die I could borrow for an old trailer I was working on. To my astonishment he had, and said I may as well keep it and the others, on the basis that should he happen to need it he'll know where to find it. Whether I'll be able to find it in the garage in that event is another matter.

Incidentally, anyone got a 3/4" BSF nut, preferably castle nut, that I can scrounge?

Steve
