The following is the Job specification and roles

1.Requirement Job Description:

- The candidate should possess excellent communication skill (voice support Non Technical)

- Fresher=92s and people with less than one year experience are eligible.

- They should be flexible to work in shifts. Qualification =95 Any graduates having min of 15 years of education. (2008 batchers will be considered, given they should not have any backlogs in the previous semesters) =B7 Min 55% percentage required (overall) Interview rounds - Group Discussion.

- HR Round. Salary Offered : Rs. 15,000/- per month Location : Bangalore (Initially there will be 2-3 months of training in Mysore Infosys campus). Interview Conducted in : Bangalore ,Chennai , Hyderabad,& Coimabatore Feel free to get in touch with us for any clarification / info you require. Service agreement is nothing but where you have to pay 30,000RS check or DD to Infosys. This will be given back to you after 1year.If Financially back you will be provided with LOAN from Infosys. This is because you will be trained for 3months by infosys & Infosys don=92t want you to quit in between training as well as after training at least for1year.
