bicyclists blinded by the light crazed oncoming traffic blinding halogen lights neutralizes the headlamp system. Like zero visibility. So the idea came of a baseball cap with tinted plastic insert dimming oncoming halogen glare while below that and beyond the bill's lower edge, a clear view of the road surface. Normally with the standard cap, I get a brief glimpse of the road 100' ahead thru the glare then get back to the immediate problem of obstacles directly before my line of travel. With the nite cap, the rider would see both unhindered. Butbutbut after a year there's no resolution of whatwherewhen plastic to sew/glue into the bill. SUV consumption of oil bearing plastics is mindbuckling. Fluorescent sheet and marguard ge are too thick, film applicability is unknown So, we're still looking for expert advice: tinted optical flexible hard surface material suitable for insertion into cotton/cardboard baseball cap bill? A 24" x 48" for starters?
