Phil and All Thanks for the kind words! We're obviously quite happy, too........although the enormity of the project is beginning to hit home:-)! We're going to try to put on the best LDRS we can and we're going to need a lot of help. We've already gotten committments from a bunch of our East Coast friends but any who want to help out ......are MORE than welcome. More info will follow as we firm things up. Again...thanks for the kind words.....

I there's anything I can do from Philly, let me know.

I could bring up some heat lamps & order sand to make the guys from out west feel at home. 8-)

John,

Make sure the return to tag inside says John DeMar. He had to much fun with the last one you misplaced. 8-)

Hey I thought the tetrahydron flew at LDRS 2000 in Orangeburg on a skidmark motor? Or did I just dream about stomping out the small grassfires around the pad? ;)

No return tag needed on that rocket. Can't wait to see it fly again.

Hot Damn! Congratulations BRS!!! I'm sure that I can scare up enough MI Team 1 members to help out on the range AND bring some interesting projects. Personally, I'll either be bringing a GF Clock or the return of the FTBOD. I'm already psyched......

And from the ashes at NYPOWER2001, the FTBOD may also make an appearance. Hum, Flying Tetrahedron of Death meets Flying Traffic Barrel of Death....stay tuned....the saga continues. ;-)

Lloyd, As soon as you get the dates firmed up send me an email. I want to get my vacation time posted on the books. Right now I plan on being available for slave labor, two to three days prior to day one and maybe a couple of days after. Let me know if there is anything you need we (MDRA) may be able to help with.

Phil We definately will need and appreciate your help! The heat lamps will make those Westerners feel right at home so bring them along! Just make sure you bring enough sand for the field AND to fill your nose cone (don't forget the concrete:-). I want to see at least 3 calibers of stability, this time, on that black rocket of yours:-)! Talk to you soon.

Mark We'd love the help and thanks for the offer! We will probably be trying to set up range schedules so a group can run a half a day or a day. We'll let you know when we have things more in hand. As to the FTBOD........Bring it on up! I'd love to see it fly again. Repeat after me. I WILL use West Systems, I WILL use West Systems (either that or a bigger chute:-)! We'll get your Level lll for you yet! Also, remember BUFFROC is in two weeks. Why don't you see if you can come up for a while? It's been too long since we did the Days Inn thing! Finally.......I just realized that I never answered on the Doug Nash 4+ 3 letter (shame on me)! I'll get an answer back to you in a few. If you can make it up, we'll swap some more stories face to face. Remember.......I WILL use West Systems, I WILL use West Systems..........:-).

Fred Great to hear from you and thanks for the offer! I'm sure we could find LOTS of places to slot the MDRA guys. Good help is hard to find (or is it hard help is good to find.......I'll have to ask the wife:-). Seriously though, we'd love to have you guys run one or two, half day shifts. It'll sure take some of the load of us! Guys from METRA, NAPAS and Mich. have already offered to do the same. If we can keep this up, we'll have a lot of "Pros" helping to run the range:-)! As to the "slave labor" thing...... THANKYOU!!!!!!!! One of the hardest parts of the launch will be the setup and teardown. Help is ALWAYS in short supply when these things need to be done.We will DEFINATELY appreciate your help in this! There will probably be a few impromtdo "partys" during these time periods.......just to show our appreciation:-). As soon as we have dates and motels, we'll let everyone know. We should at least have dates in a few weeks. Again.....thanks for the offer and we'll be in touch.

John Geeeeezzzzz John........If you're going to resurrect that thing, I may have to paint the "WARLLOYD" and see if can lay my hands on a M2400! What's next.....Ray Halm's "Aries"? Or maybe even Andy Schector's "Grimm Reaper"? Heaven forbid!!!!!! Maybe his "YOBATF"! And Marks talking about the "FTBOD". See what you've started:-)?
