I can understand not storing non-explosives in an explosives locker. It is just common sense to keep them separated, and is done by military forces world-wide. It allows immediate access to said explosives when required (for use or emergency removal).

Now, returning to the comment that you made that I originally took exception to, specifically, that requiring logging of non-explosive material is illegal, I would still like to see a law that specifically forbids it. In the absence of such a law, you should cease claiming that an extralegal requirement to track consumption of non-explosicves is illegal.

I have been busy _working_! For some, this may not seem to be signficant, but I had a 2-year period of nearly no work, and started a new job last summer, which has kept me very busy. As well, we had used up all of our spare resouces just to survive, including pulling all the equity out of our house. It is taking some time to get back on our feet financially, but it is coming.

As a result, I have not launched _anything_ in the last 9 months, but will be at Roc Lake in July, flying hybrids. My wife should be getting her CAR L3 (equivalent of Tripoli L2 but we won't go into that)

I am working on the design of a 10x upscale of a Centuri Stilletto for our fall launch (Sullivan Lake) for my CAR L4 (Tripolli L3) cert, and hope to fly it 2-stage for LDRS at Roc Lake next year.

As for why I haven't posted for a while, I have been logging in from time to time to keep up to date with events south of the border. I just could not stand by and see JI continue to claim that imposing a higher than required standard of tracking was violating as law without challenging it.

This comment we agree on is being violated by MANY TRA members who are storing PADs (exempt materials) in ATF explosives magazines. For most, it is the ONLY thing they have in there.

Where does ACS manufacture and store their "exempt" PADs?

How have you been shipping motors (or PADs if you prefer) to Luis Kulpa?

At your house. return them (of course I know you sold most of them).

Been there before, not a lot of fun. Glad to hear you're getting back on your feet. Those situations do help to keep priorities in perspective.

The fact that you completely refuse to answer ANY questions about ACS, indicates that it does not exist in any fashion.

Who are their customers?

How do "they" contact ACS?

What is ACS's phone number?

How did the DOT correspond with ACS, if ACS has no physical presence, address or phone number?

It's called "living the lifestyle", i.e. always having to operate secretly, under the table, for fear of being busted. If Jerry likes that "lifestyle", good for him! There are plenty of individuals who do things that way, to some extent. They accept the risks, knowing that as individuals the risk is pretty small.

But Jerry has no right to demand that others take those risks for him. Especially national organizations that couldn't conduct shady business secretly even if they wanted to. They are in the spotlight and any irregularities WILL be noticed and WILL be acted on.

TRA insist manufacturers have LEMP to be certified.

Therefore dealers also demand LE*P for transactions.

None of that is legally required and ALL of it has brought ATF into our lives unnecessarily.

Your spurious charges have NOTHING to do with that at all.

Which is why Jerry will always be on the outside looking in.

These are very simple questions. Anyone engaged in this type of business legally (as you claim to be) would have no reason to keep the answers secret. Put up or shut up.

Personally, I don't care if you're making motors with child labor in the kitchen of an apartment at the old folks home. If you can do it safely and get away with it, that's no skin off my nose. More power to you! Just don't expect to be treated like a legitimate manufacturer, and don't blame others for your problems.
