There was no notification of the original higher fine.

This is rmr. Rmr is NOT the "authority having jurisdiction". you need to make your request to them. (the AHJ)

The above certainly does not mean it HAS to be put on a website (not mentioning the uncertainty surrounding "legality" of the various NFPA "codes").
I hereby suggest that the cert info be pulled from the public website and all non-TRA members be required to mail TRA their request for the list accompanied by a SASE.
