Not a valid solution. The internet is the way to go, unless you want to be the guy that prints and sends all the new stuff whenever a motor gets certified! How would TRA members get it without a SASE? What about NAR S&T and NAR Members (and CAR Members) as these motors will be "cross certified"?
I think it's important that the motor info on the TRA and NAR websites contains the info as required for an AHJ per NFPA 112x (they might not be the "law" in all states, but they are the rules that TRA/NAR live by...)
When I was doing a lot of RSO'ing, I used to have a copy of this data at launches, so if there was any question as to cert status or the "fly by" date, I has something that was at most a couple months old...
