IPhone is just an example of gobs of other VOI clients out there. Honestly, I've not used it in awhile and am probably running an old release.

It does tend to chop up the conversation. Especially if you're trying to talk to someone in, like, Mauritius...

Best thing for now is to use the Apple iSight camera with iChat........................I was told there is a switching relay building near here (but in Joisey) which reroutes 20% of long distance overseas calls over the internet and reassembles them in Europe........it's supposed to be a secret, the phone company doesn't want consumers to know, so keep it under your hat. ;-)

TRA membership is down about 25% over the past 12-18 months, from 4K down to just over 3K. NAR membership as of NARAM was right around 5K.

I would say that 1/2 of the flyers at a NEPRA launch are NAR/TRA members. AND, I would say that 90% of those are only members because of certification.

Organized HPR puts us in the same position as organized RC. Both NAR/TRA and AMA clubs require membership to participate, making for closed sites. It's difficult for a lone rocketeer to do their own HPR launch, and there aren't that many independent launches out there. The cost of membership is worth the benefits of participation, or folks wouldn't join.
