They will if the regular Army is implicated. So far the abuses appear to be limited to one specific Army Reserve unit and perhaps the CIA.
Why don't you just wait and see instead of assuming the worst? One thing is sure - a lot more will be done about any US abuses than was ever done about Saddam's until we threw him out of power.....
What about the currently accused being called as witnesses in open court. The damage limitation people will not be able to control what is released.......

Yes on UK news described as old shell from Iran/Iraq war and probable the pople who set the shell as a road side bomb didnt know what it contained. Or was this the WMD we went to war to find? Having now found it can the troops go home now?
