Does anybody make a decent set of decals for the Testors 1:72 Fat Albert? The ones that come with seem to be a bit thin.

I think both Golden Wings and Microscale/Superscale did some but they're both long OOP.
They were made, as I have a set. I got them a long time ago probably at a show. No they are not for sale.
