I was thumbing thru a book on Grumman a/c & in the section on the S2F it mentioned the above proposal. A modified night attack version for the USAF in 1966. Only on paper, but I thought it might be neat to add one to my SEA 'what-if' collection. I figure it would've been in a scheme similar to the A-26s & other gunship types with SEA camo on top & black on the bottom. Anyone ever see any sketches or other info?
