They appear to be correct. The Fuselage roundels are Type A1 which were standard up until about May 1942. The subsequent C1 roundel had a narrow white ring, which is probably what you were expecting.
The squadron markings are from 73 Sqn which used the Hurricane IIC from June
42 till July 43.
