It's the Renwal kit. Two kits were released in the early 60's; Revell (with only 8 tubes) and Renwal with the correct 16. Revell quickly corrected their kit to 16. When Renwal folded, Revell got the molds.
Although a great deal of fun, the Renwal kit is way off on interior layout. The engineering spaces are particularly off. The turbines, turbogenerators and condensers are not really represented, and the propeler shaft and gearing are vene attempted! The exterior has some minor flaws, such as the split rudders (the rudders were one piece, and the stern planes are split, although in a different paatern than the kit.
