Which 1/72 Invader is the best for my project?

Hey all!

I'm building an immediate post WWII B-26 for the local ANG unit. It has a glass nose, that's about all the info that I have. There's only one photo of it available.

Which A/B-26 kit would be the best for what I'm doing? I'm presuming the Italeri kit is going to be the highest quality, is there one of them that would be better than the other? Ie: I'd love to have the underwing weapons, but does the B-26K version have the glass nose that I need?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I'm pretty sure K models had solid noses; they were the kind used in Southeast Asia. In addition to the Italeri family of Invaders, Airfix has a version that is well-regarded and had parts for both bombardier AND solid noses, and knowing Italeri and their usual way of doing business, they'll have other models of the Invader one way or another. BTW, Testors imported the Italeri kit some time ago and you may be able to find one under that label too.

Hope this helps!
