Hole Wizard "out of memory" error

Did anyone find a resolution to this error? I am a getting all of a sudden too. I did install COSMOSworks yesterday. Thought that was the problem, and uninstalled & rebooted. the error keeps happening...

any help is appreciated!

Help from the VAR, gave me this ->

Default.mdb is a file that stores hole wizard favorite information. Two possible solutions are...

1) Rename the existing default.mdb ( to say default1.mdb) and launch SolidWorks. This will create a new file (likely that existing file is corrupt) 2) Make sure that user has write access to the folder where this file is created.

Turns out that the MDB file was marked "read only".

I have the same error. In fact it started about 6 months ago. I tried all the typical fixes, including manually cleaning the registry, no change. I worked with our VAR, the results were the same. Then, I had Solidworks support take over my PC and attempt a fix, still no good. So I hope you have better luck with yours.

My issue started when SW first prompted for a location to save the favorites file and I inadvertently selected a folder my logon didn't have permission to change. Since then, the hole wizards fails every time. Maybe when we move to 2008 it will work again.
