Can't get the intersection snap to work on a 2d sketch.
The intersections box is checked in system settings under snaps
also tried to select it with the rmb menu.
Is there some setting I'm missing?

Tried that, no help, the next thing is to reload the program
What about sp3?
Purchased this software (no subscription) around April 1, but it won't let me load sp3
figured it out, the intersection snap was there it just wasn't acting like the end or mid snap where it's a dot that expands. It's an icon off to the side.
I'm more used to Acad and IV where it is an expanding dot.
It's a little late to hear this, but buying a seat of SW without a subscription is not a very good idea, unless you buy it just before they release the next version. Early versions of the code tend to be problematic. If you can show your VAR that you have a known problem with your version of the software, you should be able to get the release that fixes that problem, even though you don't have subscription support. Watch this group and you're bound to find a bug that you can claim.

a subscription was about $1K more
I was just suprised that the current sp at the time of my purchase wasn't available to me to download (sp3). SP2 was downloadable but not sp3.
With Adesk's Inventor when you purchase any given release you are entitled to ALL the sp's that subsequently come out for that release.

someone answered the question indirectly by posting a screen grab showing two intersecting lines and the icon that pops up when you select the int.
sometimes a picture gives the most info
the snap was there all the time, I just didn't know what it looked like and due to the way I posed the question everyone naturally assumed the snap was missing.
The transition from IV to SW is going better than I thought. Really think IV is just a copy of SW. But this snap thing is different, having expanding dots on some of the snaps but not others.
