PDM newsgroups

Here is a question...Since there are several PDMs that work specifically with SolidWorks is this a place to start discussions/questions? I have not seen any newsgroups specifically for SmartTeam or DBWorks/Mechworks for example. Just wondering for now, but this is a very large subject if it gets started.
