What the majority of customers for machined parts really care about:

1. Price

1. Quality and looks of the part.

2. On time delivery.

1. A shop that will jump through hoops and be flexible when they need a rush job done.

2. Being made to feel that they are important and that the shop will go the extra mile to help them.
