When you first create your drawing view you should select the configuration 'Flat Pattern' - SW then creates a flat pattern config and includes the bend lines. These bend lines can then be selected and hidden if you don't want them displayed. I think these lines can also be shown or hidden at model level.

I'm dimensioning a flat layout of a sheet metal part and have made the
