Funny, whenever I read posts from NICHE541 and see his "Big John" signature, the first thing that comes to my mind is: Is "Big John" Dalton back?!?!?
Those are some fond memories....

Me, I hark back to the Johnny Cash song of the same name.
Never liked that song.

That was Jimmy Dean.
No this is not John dalton but I am truly Big John 6'5" 560lb. They don't cal me Big Bad John like Jimmy Dean but in college football I was a lineman and nobody got through my position. Too slow for the NFL. That was 40 years ago now I just build model railroads. Big John
Bets?

Has anyone here ridden the RDC at Danbury after the seats were finished? If so, did you get any photos of the plaques?
OK, granted, but then obscure cover versions that never charted don't count. :-{) Dean's version topped the charts for 5 weeks.
Uh-huh.
Oddly, the Dean version is seldom played today while Cash's version can be heard every day on country stations that feature oldies.
Bets? };^)
Just one of quite a few songs that have been recorded by others. That sepcifically doesn't include those that were done for some of those "famous songs" recordings sold at cheap prices on the late night movies.

I've always designed and built the club layout with large aisles ( 42" minimum" ) as to operate freely and not give others a problem with my 360lbs ( as well as other former members who were well rounded in the 450 pound range) but if you come to New Orleans to operate, we will have to stay at opposite yards, but you're welcome anytime. I know a few good buffets we could put a hurting on.
You can't dictate to Pete which version it reminds him of, that's his call to make.
And yes, when I see "Big John" in a signature it immediately takes me back to Big John Dalton also.
