I am in the market for the long discontinued Heathkit RP-1065 transistorized throttle. Can anyone supply me any help, leads, etc, etc, etc. how I can get one or more of them??

Here's a link to a site where you can buy the manual for $18. From that you could probably build your own.

Do a Google search on "Heathkit RP 1065" you'll come up with several similar links (today it found 13 hits, I didn't explore all of them)
If you HAVE to have original complete kits or units, I'd suggest adding those keywords to you favorite searches list on eBay. If you're not familiar with that, you can set it to automatically e-mail you whenever one comes up for auction.
