Norman T300 on eBay

A Norman Mk1 flat twin has just sold on eBay for £147.00. I'd have said this is rather expensive for something that rather obviously needed some TLC. What do you think?

Bidder 2 had a couple of bidding sessions, taken up by 3 and 4.

21 bids altogether, not that bad a price IMO, things are creeping up in price.

I sold one to Arthur G some time ago for £50, that's what we paid for it at the time.

+A few months ago, I sold one with genny & base plate but with no control box for £150 & I thought I'd done pretty well. It was an offer out of the blue & I was pleased with it.

BTW, I don't suppose anyone has a control box or any components? I said I'd look out for bits for him as he isn't on the Net.

Paid around £75 for mine - needed quite a bit of work though. So yes, I think £147 is a bit hefty, but those finned exhaust pipes are nice!
