These runs up the East Coast Line happen quiet regularly and the Loco's are always different, this one A4 Pacific Bittern 60019 came through Sandy station this morning at approx 08:15 on its way to Scarborough via York from Kings Cross and it returned this evening.

I wonder the same thing. The only one I've ever seem Martin using is a very modern gas type. I suspect a sham somewhere.
