IAM LoOKING FOR HO SCALE TURN TABLES IN CANADA OR USA for manifacture and the plastic one i have has too many problems...would like to find a better onr..help and ideas welcome.

Who made the one you have now? What problems does it have that need to be eliminated?
I can think of a few solutions but don't want to suggest you buy something you already have.
Buy a Fleischmann turntable - they make two different length ones!
