Hornby budget decoder

looks good, all functions required (for steam at least) and tiny as well. Even Nigel Burkin has given it a good write up.

Not tried one myself, but they claim it's fully NMRA compliant (or is it compatible?), so it should work with Lenz.

Think they only support 2-digit addressing, but not absolutely sure on that.

Not immediately obvious from the blurb, but yep they do support extended addresses 1-9999. What do you do with 5 digit BR numbers though ?
