Is Superior Balsa out of business?

Their website has been "under construction" for months, and they've not responded to an e-mail I sent them several times regarding a billing mistake two years ago! Anybody know what's going on?

Email is the way of progress! If a company will not reply to an email they have no business having a website and email address.

They have several phone numbers on their temp web site including a toll-free number. Laziness is no excuse, either.

Email is an OPTIONAL method on communcaition which unlike us many businesses don't rely on for their day to day operation.

The website clearly says they are moving and offer not one but THREE phone numbers for contact purposes. I would fully expect that if they have moved their entire operation and had to restructure everything again that the website and email would be very very very low on the list of priorities.

We tend to get spoiled with all the companies out there that do have great sites and monitor their email well. Email is a magic tool in those cases and business is easy to do electronically.

I work in the electronics repair industry and can say that of all my suppliers only two have email ordering facilities and respond to email while all of them have websites. Send a fax to any of them and you have a reply inside 2 hours.

Don't insinuate that a business is closed just because they don't respond to email - could just as well be that they are just too damn busy to care about email.
