RC airfield or hobby shop near London ?

I will be visiting London May 7 - 14 and would like to know if there is an RC airfield nearby that I could visit. If there are any hobby shops in London that are worth visiting, just for the fun of it, I would like information on that too. Thanks in advance, Charlie

Try West London Models, they are just a few miles north of Heathrow Airport. They have an Alladin's cave of e-flight and glider stuff and a very helpful attitude.

But high prices comapred to Al's Hobbies. If you have time they are on the Northern tube line but it's probably an hour from central london.
