Isolationsprüfung am Leuchtstoffbalken

Hallo!
Kann ich an einem Leuchtbalken (2x58W Leuchtstoffröhren) problemlos eine Isolationsprüfung mit einem Isolationsprüfgerät (500-100V) durchführen?
Kann ich damit eine defekte Drossel (FI fällt bei feuchtem Wetter) herausfinden.
Welche Werte kann ich erwarten - wenn man das überhaupt vorraussagen kann?

Aber sicher doch, und auch einen defekten Kompensationskondensator.

Weniger als 1mA, resp 500kR.
